The printer’s control panel features a small 3.8 cm diagonal monochrome LCD display. In use, the main functions of the printer remain easily accessible, but it must be said that they are quite limited: no silent mode or automatic two-sided and other small functions (checkered sheet mode, printing of coloring pages). The Canon PIXMA TS3322 embeds a flatbed scanner with a maximum resolution of 600 x 1200 dpi with 16-bit sampling. It takes 9 seconds to scan a 10 x 15 cm color photo at 300 dpi and 13 seconds to archive an A4 document at 100 dpi. The renderings are satisfactory without shining. To copy a document in black and white, will take 12 seconds. This time increases to 21 seconds to do the same in color. In photos, the printer retains one of the main drawbacks of its predecessor, namely that it cannot print A4 photos without borders.

Fortunately, the Canon PIXMA TS3322 printer has a Wi-Fi connection that has become essential even at the entry level. Otherwise, its connection is very limited since no host USB port or SD port is present – impossible to connect a USB key or a memory card to print documents or photos for example. You can also print your documents without going through an app, thanks to compatibility with AirPrint (iOS) and Mopria (Android).
